Current mina bug with ultimate hit registry is off, even if in the circle sometimes the bats won't dmg if target is moving around a lot, or if the target is also right in front of you. Another mina bug is sometime ill use the bat cooldown and it won't do anything and still go back on cooldown. don't know if its due to silence interaction but u can't or aren't supposed to be able to be hit with anything in bat form, and if silenced before it shouldn't cast the ability and do nothing.
