Microphone Symbol Not Showing

Recently when playing games, on the occasion that people talk, I have found that the microphone symbol under their hero portrait does not show up to indicate who exactly is speaking. It makes it difficult to be able to follow their comms if I don't know which player is speaking.

Still occurring. I have noticed, alongside my friends, that the microphone symbol not showing up when allies are speaking specifically occurs when one is on high ping. Still needs addressing.
