OFTEN it happens that in hero select while in a party, if you select the WRONG 3 heroes, or too many or too few, etc. (there seem to be quite a few ways to trigger it) it'll give you some message like "you need to select more heroes" or something along those lines, and then instead of taking you back to hero select screen it kicks you to the hideout
when you try to ready up it says match in progress or something and you're basically stuck outside of the hero select screen
So someone has to cancel the match and start over, and this often crops up in some way at least a few times every time we queue and we have to cancel once or twice to reset things for everyone so they can select and start
