Ever since the shiv came out this game went from incredibly smooth to actions being about half second to more off with stuttering throughout the entire game. I've tried changing settings, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing fixes this. My pc is a very high spec gaming pc. It runs every game out perfectly fine. This game runs at 250+ fps, Ping ~24, so I have no idea why or how but I am seeing things about a memory leak around the same time I started experiencing it. Sucks because every second counts in this game and missing shots or actions because of stuttering is the worst case scenario in this type of game.
