Meleeing souls

Securing souls from creeps by meleeing is inconsistent and it often doesn't register the hit even with hitsound.

Maybe the soul is really invulnerable for a few seconds when spawning.
While I was trying to replicate your bug, I did encounter some strange behavior.
I think this is a feature. So that you have time to react to the fact that a soul is about to appear.
