Melee Range broken (Ping issue?)

Not sure if its due to lag comp but melee range is completely busted sometimes. This also plays into the fact parry sometimes does not block melee attacks (imo). My ping is high 20s low 30s in this match.

This is egregious though and the melee netcode has been really bad for the entirety of the game's release, seemingly in favor of the attacker. I also swear there are occasions for months now where I clearly press parry before I get melee'd but the parry does not go off until after the enemy melee registers on me. I have no idea how you would prove that though
