Melee Lifesteal heals more than 100hp

at around 04:11 (tick 17088) billy heavy melees me with a melee lifesteal and his 74-75hp turns into 259hp, unless there's some hidden stats boosting it it's a 84-85hp overheal from what item's description says

Before I download and watch the replay, any chance the extra health is not just Billy's 3rd ability? (Blasted) which gives him extra health (and heals for the same amount) whenever he hits melee attacks?
