Melee Animation Bug

When parry and/or melee is bound to scroll wheel, the annimation does not play. For melee(light melee), no animation is played at all. For parry the "shield" appears but no hero animation.

Also wanted to post this. Will upload my example video here. It happens for all heroes in all game modes.

I'd also like to be able to use scroll wheel for the zipline but since it is press and hold only it is impossible.
