Melee Abilities do not receive advertised weapon damage bonuses from certain items

Items that grant extra weapon damage in certain scenarios (such as Point Blank, Intensifying Magazine, and Monster Rounds) do not increase the damage of abilities that scale with melee damage.

The affected items are:
- Close Quarters
- Monster Rounds
- Intensifying Magazine
- Long Range
- Melee Charge (melee abilities with the heavy attribute put the passive on cooldown but do not benefit from the increased damage)
- Opening Rounds
- Cultist Sacrifice (specifically the additional damage vs NPCs)
- Point Blank (melee abilities trigger the slow when in range but do not receive increased damage)
- Sharpshooter
- Crushing Fists (melee abilities with the heavy attribute put the passive on cooldown but do not benefit from the increased damage)
 
Most of the items I've described are still bugged in this way, however Intensifying Magazine is suffering from a different bug that removes its extra damage while the user is channeling certain abilities. This makes it so that Bebop, Calico, and Viscous can benefit from the extra damage of Intensifying Magazine, since the damage is dealt after the channel is over, but for Billy and Drifter, who deal melee damage during the channel, this item's passive effect will never increase the damage of their melee abilities.
