[McGinnis] Wall placement is inconsistent on some geometries

McGinnis's Spectral Wall has some odd inconsistencies when it comes to the Ghost and Solid wall which is seemingly dependent on some geometries.

Examples: Blue Lane - High - Blue Lane - Low - Underground Shop

In terms of the Underground Shop I think this is just due to the Y level changes.

In terms of the two Mid Lane videos, I believe it has to do with the second edge of the "statues" found on the wall which is causing the issues - at least this is where the wall Jumps up when slowing down the videos

This also seemingly applies to the Yellow Lane on the side where there are boxes on the floor
