McGinnis' Wall will not spawn segments at times, even when on flat surfaces. One recent instance I had was match id 1183831 at about 24 minutes, I turn and throw the wall to block a doorway, and while it spawns one segment, it spawns no others and so doesn't block the door. The wall segment it does spawn, does spawn intersecting with terrain, so I don't think that's the reason for others to not spawn. I will update with more match IDs and times as I review them.
