Previous uses of my ultimate did not cause this until approximately 16 minutes in (I was shooting base guardians at the time) that is when I ulted and the sound perpetually played. I was not holding an urn nor did anything I could immediately recognize as being "out of the ordinary". I have a clip attached in case for some reason it does not show up on the replay. Thanks and if it happens again I will add a footnote to this post! (ignore the shitty gameplay/noise it's still very noticeable)
