McGinnis' Ult No Longer Activates Diviner's Kevlar

As of today's patch in the sandbox I can't get McGinnis' ult to activate Diviner's Kevlar. Swapping to other heroes the item procs just fine.

Other channeled ults like Mina's proc it just fine.

doesn't seem like it should be that hard to fix a bug like this
not like we want to use this item or anything considering ult is the only viable build and duration is a needed stat for it

I just encountered this today. I had no idea it's been broken for a month now.
