but theres nothing said about max HP
only hp per boon, but seems like it`s still 450 and wasnt supposed to be upgraded, just scales faster

if they got more HP for every boon, that would necessarily lead to more total HP. there are a fixed amount of boons, and normally each one gave 20. now each one gives 30. it didn't say that the turrets got less boons. the only way it could stay at 450 is if they restricted how many boons the turrets could get.
