After the October 24th patch, McGinnis's Medicinal Specter ability may grant allies infinite healing linger time. Four accidental occurrences have been reported on the forums. This bug interacts with Healing Tempo, and someone has discovered how to reliably reproduce it.I believe this is a bug requiring urgent attention.
