McGinnis' Heavy Barrage siren sound keeps playing after use, until the end of the game

Just like the title, it keeps playing, even when McGinnis dies, the siren sound keeps playing. When you use ultimate once, the sound keeps playing even when you're done. This is especially easy to recreate when you die while using ult.

Had that happen in this match after my first ult use. Can't download the replay to find the timestamp, but it went on for around 20 minutes. Wild time for the ears lol.

This still happens. And it happens often when I cancel the ultimate immediately or die while using it.

25311435 match id had the same. It stopped when paused then after unpause got even worse sound bugs. Then stupped suddenly and continued after using ulti again.
