McG Ability 4 Sound Constantly Looping

the siren that plays while McGinnis is using her skill 4 was persisting after using the ability, until the end of the match, even after dying; was hit with knockback while using the ability (I believe from dynamo) and then swiftly got knocked out after that which is when the sound started looping

You can fix it by watching the death replay, or by pressing disconnect and rejoining. But yes, it is *very* annoying. I had three loop at once from a single ulti yesterday.
