mc ginnis ultimate bug

Hi i see in several game that my ult wasent doing any dps or shooting in the place I target, like there is no more rocket launched. Its looked happened when i move a lot with it. Kind of a cancel ult... thanks in advance for the fix, i dont have the link of the game where that happended
