Matchmaking only gave us 11 players

Earlier today I ran into an unusual incident where the matchmaker only gave us 11 players. When one player is just taking a long time to load, it usually shows their character icon with the DC symbol over it, but this one was just straight up missing. The game kicked us out after a couple of minutes of waiting on the rooftop.



According to the screenshot I took, the match ID is 19042211, though the match doesn't show up on my profile page.
