Matchmaking needs to be fixed, my friends have quit because we can never lane together

A patch about a month ago where ivy and dynamo got priority que for duo lanes has ruined matchmaking in every lane. I have played every day and me and my friend have not gotten a lane together once. On voice chat it is happening to everyone else too. Fix matchmaking so that duo's are in lane together again. Quit mix and matching everyone, and let people lane together with friends. My friend is so mad he quit the game. He is refusing to play until matchmaking is repaired because it has been like six patches and you have not even acknowledged it is an issue. Before that patch, we had a 90% lane together rate. I get when you have 3 duo's they all cant lane together, but we are seeing solo's put into the lane with us, another pair split and shuffled, it is a issue with the matchmaker.

Just ask to lane swap because your Duo with that person. Nine times out of ten people will swap. Its crazy what you can do by asking....

Also, fixing the game in terms of mechanics, textures, and champion balancing is the priority here. Not the QOL stuff....

yeah that works in theory but if you're put in servers where people don't speak english because you and your duo are foreign that does nothing lol

I've found the matchmaking TENDS (not always) to try to put people with the same approximate skill level against each other. So if you and your duo aren't in the same lane, then one of you is carrying the other. It's putting one of you in an easier lane.

The best solution is to try to change lanes.
