Matchmaking bug - connected to a game but kept getting kicked to lobby

I got connected to a game but I never loaded in, I kept getting kicked to the hideout. Same thing happened everytime I tried to reconenct. This resulted in a 15 minute ban.
Match doesn't appear in game history so I can't include the ID and I don't have a clip.
This is the 1st time something like that happened to me in my 200h, does it happen often?

New bug I think - I had the same thing, banned till early hours tomorrow morning even though I played the game in full (i alt f4'd and reloaded and it let me join the game, but still had the "you can abandon this game message" becuase i'd been gone for a few mins
