matchmaking ban bug

i attempted to join a game, the game doesnt let me, everytime i try to rejoin it just sends me back to the spawn of the hub area, and if i wait it out i get banned, clicking abandon match also results in a ban.

same exact thing happened to me. Been having this problem occasionally and only had 5 minutes ban before. But now I got 1 day ban and I have insanely good internet connection so I know for sure the problem isn't connectivity
Any response from the devs or solutions?
