Matchmaking ban appeal. Persistent citadel.vpk corruption bug.

I've been playing alone and with friends having a ton of fun, getting over 100 hours on the game, but I am experiencing the recurring "citadel/pak01.vpk is corrupt" fatal error. This crashes the game and the subsequent file integrity verification takes 10+ minutes, exceeding the rejoin window and banning my account. I have tried to continue playing despite this error, trying a couple of solutions provided here in the forum with no success. This persistent crash got my account banned for a week now, with 8 wins needed to get out of the low priority queue, which I have no problem with, I have played it a lot recently due to the bans, but a whole week is really punishing. This really demotivates me to keep playing the game, I am not intentionally leaving and when I try returning to the game most of the times I'm already banned and the game is over. I'm still looking for a solution to this bug, so I can enjoy the game and continue testing the beta without unintentionally abandoning matches.
I want to request a review of my account's rejoin attempts and a lift of the 1-week ban so I can continue testing the game.
I provide an image of the error along with the Match ID of the last 2 matches I played where the game crashed and I wasn't able to rejoin.

I used to get this error, the root cause was faulty RAM. Try running something like memtest to see if your RAM is healthy. If not, start process of elimination (running test one stick at a time) to determine which stick is at fault.
