Match that became extremely laggy for everyone.

Somewhere near the end of the first round the game started lagging significantly for everyone (you can see us complaining about it in the 2nd item pick phase).
Either a bug or a DDoS.

Looking at my recorded footage, it starts happening exactly at 1:30-32 during the first match and persists through the rest of the game.

I've had this occur multiple times today, where the server will go into a sort of glitchy low-framerate state that everyone can notice, but only for a moment or two

I also had this issue. I dont have the matchid yet but I do have a screenshot showing how the shop is super bright, which I think is related to the bug. Also notice how the fps counters are different, though it def felt more like 2 fps than 36.
