Match Making Ban From Taking Too Long To Load

I am not sure where exactly to post this thread, so I'll be posting it here.

I wanted to play a few games with my friends today. We queue up for street brawl and it takes me a long time to load in. Usually this is no problem, I have outdated hardware it just takes me a bit longer to load in and its fine. I've been playing like that for about a week and a half no problems.
Today it takes exceptionally long, and my friends tell me the match is abandoned before I end up loading in. The game starts and we manage to finish the game. It takes me about as long to load out and halfway in my friends say I've been banned for an hour.

All right, no big deal. I'll just restart my computer and go home. I come back, boot everything up and wait a half an hour for my friends to be ready again. We queue up for Street Brawl again and it takes a long time for me to load in again. Long enough for the match to be declared abandoned despite me connecting and us finishing the game. Then loading out, my friends say I have a two hour ban now.

I really enjoy playing this game, it is one of the few if not only moba I have ever liked and gotten into. I really hope that this is just something that's happened lately due to an update. It's going to be really lame if I get increasingly severe bans for not having the finances to upgrade my pc.

Why you could be unbanned like with a day, i am experience over 2 weeks, the team didn’t work it out for me, so sad!!!!!!

played 2 matches today, took too long to load into the third, crashed, and got banned for a week(i had just came out of a 1 day ban bc of taking too long to load, i too have outdated hardware, my cpu and 8gb ram) they should make their punishment system more forgiving or just disable it while they fix these optimization problems because what is this(also if valve or yoshi could lift my ban too please it wasn't even my fault bruh)

Something similar happens to me, I was banned because my game keeps having a problem where it either crashes and every time I try to reconnect to the match it throws me back to the lobby, or the game suddenly throws me into the lobby and when I try to reconnect it throws me back to the lobby. I got a 6-day ban because of something that is literally not my fault...
