Match does not allow me to use the character I want to play

I used the right-click button to determine the highest priority character, but every time I matched, I often couldn't use the character I wanted to play. What's most frustrating is that even though neither team used it, the system still didn't assign me the character I wanted to play. A game lasts for 40 minutes, and I often need three games to play the character I want to play. I haven't experienced it many times throughout the day.

I can't take it anymore. There are very few heroes left, but the game can actually disable characters and continuously prohibit the use of the characters I want to play, resulting in no gaming experience. I have to choose to quit the game. I hope to match for a longer period of time in exchange for 100% experience of the characters I want to play, because I don't know how to use other heroes and don't like their skills, which makes my feelings. The system is deliberately joking with me. I can only play the game for a few hours a day, but if the system forces me to play the characters I don't want to use, I will feel very uncomfortable

Unfortunately, the Devs don't want to change this system and the vocal majority of the community also support it.

The "new user experience" is atrocious, but that could be a whole topic by itself.

My advice would be to mark one as highest priority, and then pick two very popular heroes as lowest (in roster). It's not perfect, but apparently the Devs want you to try and trick the system in order to get your desired character.
