Massive stutters happening in intervals

I had some massive .5 second long stutters, usually in batches of 3 inbetween 5 seconds of calm. Not sure if memory leak or some other cause, but might need fixing. The game in general has weird stutters sometimes, people often pause the game and reset it, or even their pcs, but this was pretty bad.

My cohort also cited the same thing happening post-patch in her games prior, same as I described to her.
