Massive Server lag spike

The entire lobby experienced lag at ~17:40. On the top right UI, server tick was flashing red over 200ms.
Pausing and unpausing helped a bit but it exponentially gets worse until nobody can move and player models disappear. The lag for some reason did eventually stop, come back, and leave again.

The Dev Console was being drowned in some sort of Prediction Time text but I couldn't manage to read it.
 
I'll throw a match ID into the mix too! Happened around 40 or so minutes after a Rejuvenator was taken. Unfortunately happened during our comeback, and the megacreeps took our patron lol.
