Massive performance hit to multiple (potentially all?) players in the match after pause ended (required hard relaunching game)

Game ID is 64561626, did confirm this also happens on replay.
Probably works on most POVs but just in case watch replay from calico POV and go to 8:30 or so. Game is paused at 8:55 and when the game is resumed the game takes a massive performance hit.

I had to full relaunch my game but the bug was fixed after that. Based on all chat several other players in the match were also affected. Cannot record the event since deadlock already heavily bottlenecks my CPU, but if it isn't showing I can record with my phone or something.

I think it has to do with something that was visible on screen since if you go freecam and point your camera away (like out of bounds) it's fine. Based off all chat and who restarted their games, the only people who may have been unaffected were the apollo and paige

I've had this issue recently as well- especially if players pause right at the beginning of laning, around when players essentially go to hit the ground. I'd post my console, but I believe it's something to do with the particle effects of the lane line.

has to do when pausing the game when shop is opening
 
It's possible this one is related to the shop closing since the game is paused right when we destroy their guardian

Wish I recorded this on my phone, didn't expect a new patch to come so soon
