Occurred at 46 seconds into the match.
Silver on the enemy team was AFK so one of their teammates paused. After they returned and unpaused, every player in the match then experienced sub 1 fps and the only fix was to disconnect and reconnect.
Don't really know what caused it or what other materials you guys may need, but here is the clip of the incident.
