certain spells are legitimately lagging entire lobbies out where you can hear 4-5 people complain at the exact same time:
venator gutshot
celeste whole kit
yamato power slash
graves ?
i'm sure there's more but these are the most obvious ones off the top of my head
its so bad its at the point where you need to restart your game to fix it and sometimes the servers just get permanently lagged out after big teamfights until the game ends
