Massive FPS drops on patron activation.

When patron activates in late game, enemy or friendly, the FPS drops drastically which makes the game barely playable. The effect of FPS dropping is present on the entire map, so running away still keeps the FPS drop.
Otherwise the game runs smoothly on my low-mid settings.

I have:
GTX 970
I3-9100F CPU
16 RAM
