MASQ;UE
Male American Standard Query Usual Execution
The boots on the ground behind the cutting edge of the OSIC, MASQ;UE is the acronym code name given to any male operator who is infiltrating a dream behind an agent, the most well known of whom is Haze. Masque agents are required to quickly and rationally react to literally any situation imaginable, and to provide back up and cover for the agent when they establish neural contact within the dream space.

Weapon: Enlistment
Base ammo: 40
Fire rate: about the same as Haze's, but can also switch between single shot semi-automatic, three round burst, and fully automatic
Innate spirit scale - gets better zoom in (same stat affected by Sharpshooter) and gets Spirit damage on melee hits
Base damage: extremely low
Damage scaling: low
Note: damage is compensated for by having zero recoil

1 Literal Smoke
Not magic invisibility smoke. Masque shoots a smoke grenade canister which produces a thick cylinder, obscuring vision, especially within the immediate area. Lasts eight seconds, and allies directly in the smoke receive a variety of buffs: their footsteps are quieter, and enemies footsteps are amplified (by nanobots released from the canister), they receive a low grade heal (+3 HP/s), they are purged of basic debuffs after three seconds straight in the smoke, and upon leaving it, the smoke lingers for three seconds around their hero models, disappearing in a trail, and obscuring their body and head and such.

2 Zero Gravity Grenades
Masque throws a high tech device which detonates to create a three foot wide bubble in the world. Once per cooldown, Masque can alt-fire at the bubble to redirect it's focal lens, however until that happens, the lens is pointed in the direction the grenade was moving in. Projectiles that impact the core of the bubble from within a certain "shutter-range" are redirected in the direction the lens is facing. The effect is that you can toss the bubble partially around a corner, shoot into the bubble, and the bullets are redirected all the way around the corner. The bubble dramatically accelerates any units, including hero models, that pass through it, and will attempt to make their trajectories follow the lens. Glancing or indirect blows will gain less velocity, but will not follow the lens direction.

3 Grapple Piton
Shoot a dart with an exploding head that creates an anchor on a flat surface, lasting for 10 seconds. The trailing cable can be anchored again with another shot and heroes can run/slide on it
or Masque can rapidly reel himself in using his secret agent belt buckle.
Alternatively, Masque can simply leave it attached to himself under light tension, and get enemies tangled up in it, removing one stamina whenever they collide with the cable (3 second cd)

4 Fixate
26 second cooldown
5 second duration
Your gun remembers the last hero that your crosshair hovered on: upon casting Fixate, MASQ;UE enters a trance-like state and is believed to observe the world by the same machinations as the Patrons (imagine the Twilight from Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess). Upon cast, the enemy who you last put your crosshair on will leave glowing footprints which emit black smoke, and will make smudges on the walls where the bump into them, and on the floors where they slide, which similarly emit smoke. You can switch targets once while Fixate is active, but you must keep your crosshair on the desired target for at least .5s. Landing a shot on the target of Fixate immediately removes the [shooting while moving] movespeed penalty and gives +2 movespeed, both of which linger for 10 seconds. Additionally, you get a stacking debuff which can only be increased by Masque landing headshots, and gives all heroes who successfully shoot the Fixated target fire rate, a scaling critical hit modifier, and faster reloads. The stacking debuff lingers for 5 seconds.

Laying down fire behind the legendary frontline of the OSIC is no simple task. This Standard Dream Query kit is designed to bring an element of teamwork to any situation - no one left to limbo. Smoke is effective soft cover that slows down engagements. When they're ready to be accelerated again, leave it to the bleeding edge marriage of quantum science, and the occult. Literally throw your body at the gravitational lensing field for a massive boost of speed, just make sure you're using a safe approach angle or you might not end up where you want to. A grapple and a cable line are simply too classic to pass up for any modern urban setting - cities are basically mountains if you think about it. The final touch is all about certainty: making sure you and therefore your team have the ability to hunt down the target of your choice, and making sure you can bring the pain when you find them.
