Many items say "bullet", when they actually mean "weapon".

A couple items have stats that incorrectly refer to bullets and bullet damage when they should be referring to weapons and weapon damage.

Your "weapons" are your gun and your melee, so if your weapon damage increases, you do more bullet damage and more melee damage.

Whereas bullet damage should only refer to bullets, not melee.

I don't think that your fists are a "bullet", but on some items they count as one. I think that these items should be changed to better describe what exactly you're getting when you buy them.

Bullet Resist

Current: Every item that says that it gives you Bullet Resist actually gives you Weapon Resist (it also protects you against melee damage). Except for Metal Skin and Plated Armor, whose effects only protect you from bullets. This is not consistent with effects like Bullet Lifesteal, which does not steal life from melee.

Suggested: Every item that has bullet resist as a bonus stat should be individually decided on if it should protect you from all weapon damage or just bullets.

Slowing Bullets, Toxic Bullets, Spiritual Overflow, and Inhibitor

Current: All of these say "Your bullets build up to [apply a debuff]", (Spiritual Overflow specifically says "when shooting enemy players") but will buildup on melee. It doesn't cause the full effect instantly, just one stack of buildup toward the effect (as if you hit the enemy with one bullet).

Suggested: The ones that have "bullet" in the name should be changed to only proc on bullets.

Inhibitor and Spiritual Overflow could be changed either way based on balance. Another option for these would be to keep it in (and reword it to say weapon instead of bullet) but make it like Crushing Fists, where light melee's apply one buildup stack, and heavy melee's apply two.

Silencer

Current: It says that your bullets build up to a silence, but your melee's also count like the previous group. And also Melee's will reduce the target's outgoing spirit damage, despite saying that bullets will do that.

Suggested: The first part should be changed to the previous group's suggestion, and the 2nd part should proc on weapon damage I think (so it should be reworded in that way).

Spirit Shredder Bullets & Spirit Rend

Current: Says "Your bullets apply a debuff...", but it will fully proc on melee. This ironically makes these two very good melee items. This is inconsistent with an item like Hollow Point, which also says that bullets apply a debuff, but does not proc on melee.

Suggested: SSB should be changed to only proc on bullets, since bullet is literally in the name. Maybe Spirit Rend could upgrade to proc on all weapon damage.

Point Blank

Current: Your melee still applies a movement slow

Suggested: I actually like this as part of Point Blank, so I think it should just be reworded to say "and any weapon damage applies a movement slow"
