Malice cannot proc improved burst.

Not sure if I'm just testing this wrong somehow but from what I can see blood shard doesn't proc improved burst even when it is doing over 125 spirit damage.

It does work with improved burst when the base damage is over 125 from spirit power scaling.

It seems to consider the damage after reductions like spirit resistance but before amplifications like her stacking damage amp.

This is consistent with Pocket barrage from what I tested just now. Makes sense if this is intentional. Does feel weird in game but I'm not sure how it would make sense to clarify this. Maybe say something about it being calculated before amps in the description?
