Make spellslinger stacks visible like berserker

Title. I love the visibility on Berserker and it would be great if every stack-like item displayed them like this. Personally, I'd even like to see items like glass cannon or trophy collector display this way.

In other mobas where the stacks normally display above health bars or abilities on the bottom of your screen, it felt good having a bunch of stacks visible even if was cluttering the screen a little. I can't place a great reason behind it, it just feels good cause big numbers I guess.

Good call, also arcane surge. I'm often unsure if my arcanse surge is ready before I use an ability, which sometimes leads me to wasting stamina or using an ability without empowering it

yeah this is definitely a good thing to show...maybe something on the ground underneath spellslinger like a revolver chamber being filled with each stack.
