Make Bebop's laser damage friendly minions

Any excuse to buff its damage is a good one and this sells the fantasy

Does this mean Bebop would be able to farm his own creeps? Or just prevent the other team from getting his own creeps? I'm pretty sure this won't translate well to Deadlock regardless, especially during the laning phase.

What. How would this buff its damage? And why would it need a damage buff during lane anyway, its already quite good?

And yeah youve just made bebop op if you can just deny your own troops for free
