Here is a screenshot of the Amber (Hidden King) Side

Here is the same on the Sapphire (Archmother) Side

This disparity is an issue because it takes longer to traverse on one side than the other, using more stamina to go a similar distance.
Timing it (Walking only) moving from the exiting doorway to the green telephone box is about 4.5s to touch it on the Amber side, whilst it takes the other way around, (The only option for the Sapphire side) around 6.2s to touch the telephone box
The doorway in question is shown here:

In the grand scheme of things, it's probably not a major issue, however it is a bit odd to give attackers on the sapphire side more movement options than attackers on the sapphire side, as this extra route makes shifting between yellow and blue while attacking amber much quicker in a team fight situation.
Other small discrepancies include (Showing Amber side, then Sapphire side):
Amber side's middle small camp being smaller in radius, allowing for them to heavy melee two creeps whilst the Sapphire side's cannot as they are too far. This also makes it significantly more difficult for a Seven on the Sapphire side to use Lightning Ball efficiently on the camp without range items.

Sapphire side's middle slot machine camp is also significantly higher than Amber side's, making it much easier to clear as Lash early on. I tested a few times without items and ended up getting a 41 damage high on Amber and a 61 damage high on Sapphire side, a 50% increase.

Amber side's mid camp here has poles, allowing Amber easier farming as they can take cover from some of the camp damage early game, and hindering specifically gun characters late game with Ricochet and similar abilities like Seven's Power Surge, although by an insignificant amount.

Amber side's double sinner's building has no door here, making it much faster for Sapphire players to enter from this angle, which is likely if they were on Blue lane.

I don't think there are any other significant disparities between lanes that effect gameplay at the moment. If I find more I may make another post.
