Hi, After the shop re work i've experienced major performance degradation. And I think its related to particle system in the game or a possible VRAM memory leak.
In specific example match ID: 36103242 the game plays out normally but from 5-12 minutes in the game there are MAJOR game stutters and my computer gpu software reported over 8GB of VRAM used and climbing (usually average is 3-5GB). However its weird as it doesnt show on replays (i assume the replay wouldnt include such malfunctions)
To forcefully reproduce the stutter and lag. Load any match and watch it. And jump around on the timeline around kills and deaths. (usually abilities used that have particles that kill heros) And from the jumping around you can and will see the VRAM usage spike and stay high.
However this behavior happens even after playing normally, possibly every 2-3 matches you'll see your vram stuck high even if you're sitting in the main menu. As a result you could load into your 4th match where the textures in the new base are shivering or just black, models dissapearing while playing (like the small walls and plants in middle).
Im not technical enough to have foresight to record my screen to show video of the stutter happening but ill do my best to start recording and I will add videos to this thread when I produce such material.
TLDR: Particles and long play time make deadlock behave like chrome with vram in my experience.
System Specs:
Playing with "Fastest preset"
Ryzen 5 2600X (6core 12 threads)
16GB Ram DDR4 3200MHz
1tb pci-e gen3 NVMe ssd where the game is stored
Amd Radeon 5700XT 8gb saphire nitro+
(temps were under control for the whole system)
