I am experiencing major lagspikes when I enter or exit any new interface, so e.g. when I start selecting characters to queue up, or when we hit Play and that screen goes down and back to the hideout POV, or ingame when I press tab or alt to bring up the ability or player score/items/stats interfaces, and most importantly when I press B to enter the shop. It sometimes even crashes, I had multiple crashes in one game upon bringing up the shop screen. The crashes sometimes happen without any pop-up, I did have one that told me to verify file integrity, which just stayed at 0% for long, so I reinstalled the game, which stopped the crashes for a while but not the huge 2-5s lags. I did have crashes since then, with no pop-up or anything at all, this was upon my duo pressing Play from character selection.
