Step 1. Step into one of the teleporters or under any other sufficiently low ceiling (the doorways into juke rooms are another example)
Step 2. Press Majestic Leap, so you hit your head on the ceiling and land immediately (and walk out of the teleporter so you don't get teleported cuz that's confusing)
Step 3. Observe that you can still press Leap again to drop down, even though at this point you're just walking along the ground.
The state ends next time you land (e.g. by falling or jumping).

edit: Oh, you can also trigger it with Warp Stone (by Warp Stoning to the ground right after leaping), so it's possibly almost exactly like the very similar bug that used to exist on Holliday where she could store her falling state from her jump pad by Warp Stoning to the ground immediately.
