Found a strong exploit when messing around in sandbox. If you use Magician's ultimate on Vindicta after an extended time off cooldown (easier replicated with extra charge/rapid recharge) you are given access to Assassinate. If you fire the last bullet, it normally strips the ability from you and puts the ultimate on cooldown. HOWEVER if you only fire one bullet without expending the last shot you are allowed to keep the ability indefinitely, so long as the last round isn't fired. Since you also get the sniper kill soul bounty, this effectively means that Magician is allowed to use it as a finisher of his high damage burst combos to net an additional 1450 souls.
