Consumes Counter-Spell
Augments your parry with the ability to reflect non-AOE abilities back to the attacker. AOE abilities would just be blocked as normal per how counter-spell works. Either case puts the item on cooldown. Might need a larger cooldown then counter-spell to be balanced.
This item also opens up an interesting scenario where it is its own counter-buy. For example, an opponent may try to reflect your attacks back at you, but if you time it right you may be able to reflect your reflected attack back at them.
Maximum of one reflection per incoming attack so that a single attack doesn't keep bouncing back and fourth infinitely until the parry window goes down (even though this is brief, I could imagine it may spam the parry sound for the entire duration)
