Appearance: Old man with a bad knee and a "machine-gun" made of a bunch of magic trinkets stuck together with dozens of other trinkets around his body.
Lore
South american from poor background that uses his ability to dispel magic to run a popular curse removal company. Also is a founding member of the "Iluminados" a group that denies the existence of science and claims that all natural "laws" are just a scheme to sell math books and make magic users stunted, he's also the only member.
Idea of the kit:
AA - A low damage high fire rate and ammo capacity weapon.
1 - Throws a cursed finger at an area. Enemies that the finger points to are damaged and silenced until they leave the area. ( I only used a finger because I couldn't explain the concept well without it)
2 - Removes debuffs from him and allies around him.
3 - Marks an enemy making it take extra damage by all sources and be focused by the finger. Marked enemies can be target farther away from the finger
4 - Cancels buffs and heals from enemies around him while healing himself for a duration.
