M1/Gun Fire Buffering doesn't work with cast modes that aren't "Instant Cast"

When using a casting mode that isn't "Instant Cast" the right click buffer(to fire your gun) doesn't continue firing after using an ability, in the clip attached I showcase the issue (when the yellow circle is visible that means I am holding down right click)

Please fix this issue, or if it is intended please add an option for the buffer to be more consistent i.e continue firing
