Bug is as title suggests. Was playing Calico and bought Focus Lens. When used in an attempt to delay Silver's transformation it did nothing.
Also a general aside, but her ult charges almost instantly from 2 shots from nothing after she missed all her abilities. Not sure if that's a bug either but I thought I'd mention it.
