Lucky Shot sometimes deals damage through metal skin

Inconsistently lucky shot can go through players with metal skin activated. You can test this by having a friend use it in the lobby and just mowing them down with lucky shots. It doesn't seem to be every lucky shot proc, only some. Unsure if this is intentional or not.
