Lucky Shot and Fixation unintended interaction

There seems to be an unintended interaction when Haze procs Luck Shot's effect. For some reason, the target gains an extra stack of fixation (2 on body shot, 3 on headshot).
Should probably be addressed before/at the same time as her Ult is fixed with proper Fire Rate scaling and the missing item interactions (like Lucky Shot, Tesla Bulles, etc.).
