Low priority queue for crashing

I have a decent pc and it runs every game I play perfectly fine, Fortnite, Valorant, Rocket League and more intensive games but for some reason I just keep crashing while playing deadlock and sometimes it takes forever to load back in and by that time I have technically abandoned the match. I have read on forums about low priority queue and I feel like this is an unfair punishment. P.S I play in like AT LEAST 3-4 stacks and my friends also think this is stupid. Is there any way that I can contact support or something because the constant bans are making me not want to play anymore.
