low fps since update

so before update i got solid 100-80 fps. since update it drops down to 60 even 50-30 in teamfights. no settings changed or so

funny thing is if i spectate teammates when i am dead the fps are going up a bit, likley back to 70-80. but alive and something happens on the map it goes down to 60-30 in that range

are you using FSR3 ? i noticed that it seems they updated FSR2 to 3, which it heavily decreases my FPS. i have now set to FSR only, which heavily increases my fps/stays like before update. Although i still experience some stuttering (but it could be my pc issue.. )

update: was testing settings and noticed my game was set to VULKAN, which its terrible for me in this case. i have now once again set back to dx11 with FSR2, which initially seems to look as normal (good fps like before).
Although a friend of mine with a top-line PC (4090, I9 14900KF) is facing FPS issues, but will check if they are on dx11 and FSR.

If youre experiencing issues, try setting to dx11 and changing FSR/stretch modes.

played 1game ended it just now. the fps where a way better, on some points back to fluid 100fps, roughly constant 70-80. in teamfights though it drops a way down to 25-30
